Overweight

Overweight is often defined by a Body Mass Index between 25 and 30. Even if some research shows that the mortality rate of overweight people can be lower than for those with an "ideal weight", overweight is often associated by psychological distress. Classical treatment of Overweight generally includes reducing calorie intake, and exercising more, with dubious long term results. Treatment of Overweight can also include Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy, as well as other approaches such as Hypnosis, EMDR, Brief and Strategic Therapies.
